Developed two data-driven promotional widgets: a Popup Palate Survey for capturing customer preferences and a Floating Icon with Progress Bar for personalized offers. Achieved a 53.06% offer redemption rate and a 6.47% conversion uplift, enhancing user engagement through real-time personalization and seamless functionality.

The Problem:

The marketing team lacked tools to effectively capture customer preferences and deliver personalized offers in real-time, limiting their ability to drive targeted promotions and improve conversion rates.

Overview:

To ensure users only viewed content and offers relevant to their needs and preferences, I initiated the enhancement of customer information in the datalayer to deliver highly personalized campaigns.

This approach led to the design and launch of two innovative promotional widgets:

  1. Popup Palate Survey: A targeted survey to capture customer preferences for Big Data analysis, coupled with a coupon assistant to drive conversions.
  2. Floating Icon with Progress Bar: A dynamic widget displaying personalized offers and messages to different customer segments, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
